We are proud to announce that METRIC at NC State has secured funding from the National Institute for Innovation in Manufacturing Biopharmaceuticals (NIIMBL) under a proposal titled “Isomer Level Identification and Quantification of N-Linked Glycans by LC-SLIM-QTOF-MS” led by David Muddiman, Taufika Islam Williams, and Jeff Enders.
This funding allowed METRIC to secure a high-resolution ion mobility gas-phase separation front-end called SLIM coupled to a QTOF mass spectrometer. In this work, the researchers will measure and quantitatively evaluate the N-linked glycan profile of a monoclonal antibody using the platform technology provided in collaboration with MOBILion and Agilent Technologies and several other NIIMBL partners using alternative approaches.
