In keeping up with the latest scientific innovations, a group of chemistry faculty members and graduate students attended the Inorganic Reaction Mechanisms Gordon Research Conference (GRC) from March 9-14, 2025, in Pomona, California.

The conference, titled “Addressing Grand Challenges in Energy, Materials, Biology, and Catalysis with Inorganic Reaction Mechanisms,” was chaired by our own Professor Elon Ison. Other faculty members, including Professors Wei-Chen Chang and Elena Jakubikova, also participated as speakers.

The Inorganic Reaction Mechanisms GRC is a premier international scientific conference dedicated to research that seeks to understand and elucidate the fundamental reactions governing various processes in inorganic chemistry. This conference features presentations of cutting-edge and unpublished data.
